Been playing around with it for an hour or two now. I've never used any applications that run off Adobe Air, but its actually really nice.

Here's what I'm seeing in my beta version I've been using for a few months "An updated version of Yahoo! Search Marketing Desktop is now available."

Installed version: 0.9.1.0.18
Latest version: 1.0.0.0.191

It no longer has a field for the beta authorization "product key", so I guess it's available to all?

The only differences I see is that stats can now be pulled in to the program, and that the ads & keywords tabs now have search functions. Still no copy and paste. Multiple selection "like fields" bug still exists. Still no ability to import bulksheets. They've got a long way to go. MSN has improved their tool considerably over the past few months, but Yahoo is still lagging.
