i am looking for directional affiliate site tips. where to start, etc? do you HAVE to have a fucking shopping cart on your site? is it better or worse if you have one? i see both, i just need a goddamn opinion with some experience.

i plan on just simply throwing up a site, make it look decent and advertising some shit...no paying through my site, just simply directing idiots to other sites to purchase what they want.

basicly, in a nut shell, im starting from scratch - can i get some advice on what and what NOT to do? whats effective these days and whats not?

If you're just directing them to some sort of info submit, that'll work fine.
If you're sending them to something that actually requires a purchase, you can set up your own site if you really want, or you can just do ads that either go to a lander or to the offer directly.

More info on what you're doing specifically will give you a better answer than this.
 
well i suppose my question is asking which one is more effective? either having a full blown purchasing site? or just a site with recommendations, advertisements, etc, and directing them to full blown sites.

like i said, i am a n00b, i just want and or need some expert advice, and a little direction so i can build an effective site and start making some cash.

...the whole purpose of this is so i dont have to get a real job and work for some cockzit...

The easiest way is to Start your own Niche Blog. Post regular contents to your blog and ping them. You can recommend the affiliate products in your blog.

The search engine loves blog so it is a must to have one.

If you do not have much funds, start with article marketing to bring traffic to your blog. This is called Article Marketing and is very effective for relatively no cost.

Submit your articles consistently to the TOP article directories. This will ensure that your website gets constant, free and targeted traffic.
 
i also want to ad - i am not trying to make thousands and thousands of dollars off my site....respectfully, 1.5k-2.5k a month, is that reasonable?
