Newbie with a question

Guys I am asking for help here. I belong to 11 networks and and I have noticed my conversion rate always falling. When I use banners I get a pretty good average on conversions but when I drive alot of traffic to and offer using ppc the conversion rate always seems to drop. I have now tried 120 offers with about 95 of them starting out with conversion rates that were ok to having them fall below 8% conversion. There has to be a reason. I ask the experts in here as this scenario is driving me insane.

How many metrics are you tracking?

- Keywords?
- IPs?
- Landing Pages?
- Time of Day?
- Etc

All of this can make a difference. You can probably determine the answer yourself if you look at your own data.
