I posted a thread offering free logo design, and I got a PM from Zsaleem. He wanted me to design a logo for

"Allegiance Petroleum"​

Googled it, found some scammer solicited designs for "Allegiance Petroleum", offering $50 contest reward and didn't pay up.

Of course, it happened on Digital Point Forums. Link here.

Is he a scammer or isn't he?

If you aren't going to charge him anyway what do you care if he's a scammer?
 
He wasn't trying to scam me. He was trying to scam others.

The title is misleading.
 
that seems like scamming. if hes gonna get free images from somebody else, and use it in a contest, then you should get paid. if hes paying you, then its not really scamming
 
What? I just couldn't come up with decent concept to see your skills so I did ask for a logo requested on DP. Am no way associated to person mentioned above. Anyways I was just thinking of posting your logo to the contest and might forward the reward if by chance you win. Anyways good luck bros.

Next time maybe you can ask me to submit the logo myself. That way if I win the reward for my skills, I'll actually receive the reward instead of you getting the money and MIGHT sending it to me.

haha, you post a free logo design thread to drum up business. Zsaleem uses it to get a free one to submit it to a contest for $50. What a turd nugget.
