Hrmm I just signed up and I am pretty sure I picked webmaster silver plan but the e-mail says it's reseller account. What is up with this?

So, there is no dedicated support team? What happens if a site goes down? If it takes an hour to respond to the ticket, does this mean that the site could be down for that long until someone decides that they're ready to respond to a ticket. In no way am I trying to bash your thread, but I am looking out for the hosting consumers. I have been in the industry too long and seen many consumers hurt by non-dedicated support from a web hosting provider.

Your site states "99.9% Uptime Guarantee" is that network, hosting, or both? Also - how do you verify downtime if you have no third party uptime reports? Is it up to the client to report downtime, or are you all the good kind of host that knows about it before we do?

As GetYourWriter said, not trying to bash on your thread - but I owned a hosting company for 5 years and I know all the tricks of the trade. I don't want to see anyone in WF become a refugee.

on their site, they claim to have "24/7/365 Server Monitoring".

It is up to the customer to report bad downtime. If reported the customer will be credited with a discount on their next invoice.

We offer support everyday, but its not 24 hours a day support. Yes, the servers are monitored "24/7/365 Server Monitoring" so once, you recognize a website or the server load going up we will being diagnosing the issue.
