Non-keyword wordlist

Has anybody got alist of "non-keywords"?

Like is, a, an, and, etc... I want to get the meaty words of a string
and need a list of words to take out. Kind
of like the words Google leave out when searching.

Do those words have a name anyway?

Here's the list I use to create the paths for some of my sites. It's the default list for the pathauto module for Drupal.
