WADA Executive Committee and Foundation Board Approach Final Revision of the 2015 World Anti-Doping Code

The Executive Committee has decided to implement immediately a modification to WADA Technical document TD 2013DL to increase the threshold level for marijuana to 150 ng/ml. Marijuana is a prohibited substance for in-competition testing, and remains on the Prohibited List. It has never been prohibited out-of-competition. The change to the threshold will mean that athletes using the substance in-competition will be detected. The threshold can be monitored and changed at any time.

So they just basically got tired fighting with inevitable. Too many athletes told like "I was in a night club yesterday and somebody smoked near me and that's how this shit got into my fucking blood." Crazy world.

That sounds like something they'd offer at an online university. You'd know that but... oh wait..

And by the way, I haven't bought a textbook in over 2 years. Taking notes + torrenting is good enough to get As.

And nobody is paying for my college. I'm on grants + loans, 100% covered (actually they send me a check at the beginning of the semester).
