Man Jailed For Calling Telemarketers

tl;dr version:

Bill collectors call the wrong guy's house every day for several months.

Wrong guy gets sick of it, flips the script and starts calling them up day and night.

Now they are turning around and accusing the guy of threatening to blow the building up.

Shit bro. Can people just make up accusations like this and not get into trouble for it?

If your enemy is superior, evade him. If angry, irritate him. If equally matched, fight, and if not split and reevaluate

The guy should have read up his shit; before messing with a superior adversary.

Sad to say but it seems people are guilty until proven innocent rather than innocent until proven guilty

Actually, if they don't have proof of him threatening them, he should be able to sue their pants off in court for defamation or a related crime, and at the least the police force will want to arrest someone at the collector's office for filing a false police report.

I bet his phone is ringing off the hook now... But this time with lawyers wanting to take his case.
