As some of you know, I'm a deal fiend. I spend way too much time browsing slickdeals. Ever since I saw this thread about buying a juicer, I've been very interested in giving it a try. I browsed through the thread and saw that the Omega was a community favorite for those that have been juicing for awhile.

Just thought I would share this with you guys as it's a great deal. I was looking at these before and the cheapest I could find it was for $299 and FS at Amazon with a Prime account. I went ahead and purchased it! You can check out the thread here on Slickdeals.

Omega 8006 Juicer, Nutrition Center - Electrics - Kitchen - Macy's

I have this juicer, and it's da bomb.

That's after having been through two Brevilles and the Omega VRT350. The 8006 is slow, but the quality is really unmatched.

For anyone who's tried breville and got fucked in the ass after 1-2 months of juicing w the piece of shit and the motor burning out because its a highpriced piece of garbage trash...

Jack Lalanne Juicer. Thing costs 3x less than breville/other shitty leading brands that actually suck webmaster cock, and grinds the veggies more finely to give you more juice.

Been juicing chlorophyll in the morning for months. It's done wonders for me. But breville sucks cocks, Jack la-motherfucking-lanne all the way. Cuz if it breaks, you can buy 2 more.

Benefits that chlorophyll in greens can have on your body :
Builds a high red blood cell count
Helps to purify liver
Helps to remove and counteract toxins
Helps blood sugar problems
Milk production
Reduces body odors
Soothes stomach ulcers
Improves circulation
Helps circulation to improve varicose veins & hemorrhoids
Deodorizes bowels
Some people find it helps inflammation for people with hepatitis
Alleviates asthma symptoms and slows nasal drip
Destroys bacteria
Helps to relieve inflammatory pain

Interesting.

Usually ships in 33 business days? WTF!

currently unavailable. Damn that is a steal I was going to pull the trigger. Ill keep checking back. Thanks for the heads up.

Here's a good video of the 8006. He's got some good advice on juicing and also a good tip on what to do with bananas. And for you gay people on the forum, it's not what you think.

Can't believe people spend HUNDREDS of dollars on high-end home juicer machines on brands like Vitamix, Omega, and Breville. $300-$600 range. Sure, it's the machines Jamba Juice & Starbucks uses. But A wayy cheaper alternative with pretty much the same quality & blending power is the Nutribullet. This beast will LIQUIDFY ANYTHING. A super powerful juicer / blender / extractor that's small, compact, & quick to clean up. I usually don't give into infomercials but this one seems like a great quality product at a affordable low price when compared to it's bigger competitors.

Official website & infomercial on TV sells it for $120 free shipping. Awesome money-saving tip : A lot of the big department & retail stores like Target, Walmart, and Bed Bath & Beyond sell it for even less @ $100, oddly. Even better.... Bed Bath & Beyond mails out coupons to people's houses for 20% off any product alllll the time, I get one every single month. Bringing down the price to $80 + tax !!! :D

Juicers and blenders are different.

Stick kale, lettuce, broccoli, ginger, celery, cucumber and bean sprouts into a blender to make an equivalent of about 1L of juice in a juicer, and tell me how many times you throw up trying to consume the mush your blender just made.
