One wordpress install for multiple sites?

Anyone have any luck setting this up using Wordpress MU?

I thought wordpress had MU built in now, or maybe I am misunderstanding the question? Are you talking about sharing a database between multiple sites?

This is what I mean:
Create A Network « WordPress Codex
But for individual domains.
