Word on the street from some calls we have received is that folks on WickedFire have been chatting about eDirectory. Hopefully it's all good! Visit www.edirectory.com for more information or you can email me at chris@edirectory.com. The software is written in PHP and MySQL and full source code is available. This platform is great for getting your directory online fast.

Anyway, this is a great site. If you want to order via our online order system we have set up a discount code specific for WickedFire members: wckdfr.

ummm I just purchased it today before you posted this....can I still get the discount please? ...I intend to give full feed back on my site once it's up and running :)
 
I haven't used the software but I've looked deeply into all the features, demo, ect and by far I would say that eDirectory is one of the best directory applications out there. Insanely wide features, kick ass layouts ect..

That is if you are willing to spend the $1500 for full source code.
 
this online directory software looks awsome, but Aequitas is right its a bit expensive ( price is probably justified tho )
is there a cheaper alternative for poor people?
 
Started using eDirectory a couple of weeeks ago and I am very happy with the program. Website is: goBoozen Home Page. Chicago bar/club directory. Currently negotiating with bars/clubs in and around chicago to do some cross-promotion. Just using the montly fee option of eDirectory, but plan on purchasing the full code if we can make this website fly a little...
 
Seems like a solid investment for people really looking into this directory stuff.

- I have been interested in getting a directory going, but like many have 50 other projects in front of me that I go back and forth with :-D
