Online heatmap for websites?

Does anyone use any sort of online heatmap generator but for the competition, not for your own website. Just so that you can find out what do customers search for, click on which banners etc on a competitors site?

Google Analytics' On page report offers something similar for sites you own.

Why don't you just ask your competitor for the info? 9 times out of 10, a friendly email to him will get you all the info you want (usually also their server root password as well).

I admit, this doesn't always work and somewhat depends also on the site niche.

Now, what you can do is use a service like http://www.feng-gui.com to "estimate" a heatmap. It's actually pretty accurate and usable for multiple advertising types. I haven't used it recently, but the credits were pretty reasonable last I purchased them.
