Does anybody know of any US based networks that run any of these offers? Wouldn't it still be legal for them to run so long as they only worked with international traffic?

affiliates @pureplay.com was the contact info someone gave me last week. Didn't follow up due to time constraints. Their offer last month converted like crazy!

I think a saw a network have it, I believe it's like 3 short fields for $2.00. But the way it's set up makes it easy to convert.
