Open Source CD Ripper?

I've always taken the easy route of ripping with Windows Media Player, but I can't even bring myself to open it because I know how shitty it is.

What do you guys use to rip CDs/DVDs?

I'd prefer open source, but anything free will do, I suppose.

I've used Nero before, but it seems a bit too bloated. I'll make my way through those alternatives, thanks for the link.

And I'm on Windows 7 for future reference.
