Opening a new browser in WP?

I thought that I saw a plugin to get all your links in your wp site to open in a new browser....When I googled it all I could find was some guy lecturing people that this was wrong because it forced new windows and if the person really wanted to stay on your site they would hit the back button. Wtf? some people need to get a life. I, personally, prefer all links to open up in a new browser...but whatever.

Anyways...plugin?

don't know of any plugin but you can just add taget="_blank" to your a href tags
