Opensource alternative to Phpbay & BANS

Thanks for sharing this, I just downloaded it, the live demo looks good. I'm not a big fan of bans and I haven't been able to find phpbay on any torrent sites or warez forums so I'll give this a shot because I've been looking to start an ebay project, I was going to code a custom site but this might work too.

I never really understood the novelty of the whole "phpbay" or "bans" store. It's nothing more than a api call with keywords ... and they actually get away with charging for this?

Learn to hack and save yourself a few bucks people.

If people can't afford $50 for a great script then they're not going to make it in AM.

yeah, i guess $49 sure is a lot of money to pay to a guy who busted his balls for well over a year on a great script..

Its not the cost that bothers me, I used to spend 4x that amount on weed every week. I just never buy programs/scripts, if I can't download it I'll make my own or work on another idea.

Some people value their time. I'd rather pay $50 than sit down and write the script myself. Giving up on ideas just because you can't afford a $50 script is a complete waste.

I didn't say anything about giving up on ideas and I already covered the whole not being able to afford a 50$ script thing. I don't give up on ideas I just put the idea to the side and work on something else, everything gets done eventually. If you don't suck at coding it wouldn't take more than a day to code a script that shows ebay listings. I'm sure he put more work into it than that because it looks like a nice script and it's more advanced than what I am describing, but for my project I don't need all of that. I'm working on a template for my ebay project now, if this open source project doesn't fit what I need then I am going to code my own and it will only take a few hours.

If you'd rather pay 50 bucks than sit down and write a simple script, go for it. But before giving me shit for not paying for software, how many of you own legit copies of photoshop, dreamweaver, or any other shit you use?

And this thread isn't about that, its about an open source alternative to phpbay/bans so why not keep this thread on topic and talk about the software instead of bitching about me pirating software and jumping to retarded conclusions?

If you don't have anything to say about the software, why don't you shut the fuck up and go do something more productive like reading another thread where you have some relevant input, or go get some work done since your time is so valuable? How much do you make by posting pointless responses?
