Opinions on favicons

Not really sure where this should go, but...what's your opinion on favicons? Do you always use them on your websites? Do they add a certain flair and help you remember that website? Or do you not even notice that they're there?

I agree, it is worth using them. Makes icons easier to spot on faves menu too

It's part of the process, and it's so stupid simple to make it work that you'd be dumb not to spend the 3 minutes it takes.

i use animated favicon.. kinda cool...
