Health is not my best niche and rather sell the site and spend my time and money elsewhere. It's ranking #1 on google for "diet plans" and #1 - #2 for "diet plan".

I have not invested enough time and testing to generate it's potential amount of sales, but a knowledgeable health person can have an opportunity to do so.

My homepage form captures 100 to 150 emails a day and will be a lot more onces diet season hits.

One reason for the post was to see what people's value for this spot is. I would give it a range of $15,000-50,000.

I'm open to a health expert affiliate to partner with for rev share.
 
Do you have any stats to show how long it has been at this position? I have seen quite a few pump and dump sites, and a pr0 with pr0 links is normally a bad sign for long term investment.
 
dealasite: Yes it's a PR0 google has not updated PR's in some time. Form my knowledge high PR's are not looked at highly anymore for ranking.

V12Kid: don't have the time to manage the site and change it for optimal sales. To many other project which i know a lot more about. diet plans was a test on my SEO knowledge.

TylerDurden: I am using organic wordpress theme which is moded

tencentpiece: I started my email submit form about 30 days ago and have over 3,500 emails which I can hand over. I only hit them with a welcome email and have not done blasting of offers yet. I was just building out my list.

l3msip: I have been at the #1 position for a month and held page 1 for 2 months. This was slowly SEOed over 9 months and gradually climbed to the top. To hold this spot an active blog is recommended and also adding new links every so often. Will screen shot my stats now
