Paid Search: Google Yellow Box

How do you get in the yellow box for Google paid search results? Obviously it takes a high enough bid to put you there, but there's more to it than that.

yoink*gasp* thinks that it is based on account history and CTR which makes sense, but we aren't 100% sure. Anyone know the definite answer?

To get top spots you need good CTR and a high enough bid. If you are the only one bidding on the keyword, and it has a half decent CTR you will show up most of the time in that box.
