Paid surveys offer that accepts a lot of countries? Titties!

Just realized that an old domain (Get Paid To related) is bringing in 1000+ uniques a month. Might as well send them to an offer.

Problem is they're from a fuckload of different countries, so I was wondering if anyone could point me to an offer for a Paid Surveys site or similar that accepts quite a few countries.

So far OpinionSurveys is the best I've found (accepts ~10 countries).

Use geo targeting and send them to survey sites for their own countries. There are some international offers over at maxbounty. Send the rest to a clickbank survey site.

Since the earning potential is pretty low I figured it wouldn't be worth the time to find offers for every country and geo target, and while I could easily do that for us/can/aus/uk the traffic is coming from way more countries so I was hoping to find an offer that's very international.

If I hunt around for a dutch offer and then a french offer etc. it's not worth it because I might get 1 or 2 leads a month from each of those countries, ya know?

This is more of a "if it's easy I'll monetize it, otherwise I don't really care because it's just been sitting there for years anyways" situation.
