I was just looking at this video I think because of digg. They show a son and mother looking at laptops and it made me think of the recent FTC discussions. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qui43P1kztw Around 0:48
The first thing I thought when I saw them handed a stack of hundreds was, "This must be their 'we paid for these testimonials' disclosure." Or do you think its normal to show that. Seems like if they weren't doing it to avoid flack from FTC then it's a pointless clip to show.
If this is their paid testimonials disclosure, then if you had pictures of whoever gave testimonials on your lp couldn't you just put a picture of money over it. It would work with make money online stuff because it would make sense to have money in the pictures. But I don't think it would bother anyone if you did something like this on any vertical.
I only ask because I base all my decisions off what Microsoft does, obviously.
