Payday Lenders Face Regulator Inquiry aka crackdown!

For those of you in the US, our crackdowns are a bit different to yours:
US Crackdowns: Million dollar fines from FTC. If really serious, 10 years in jail.
UK Crackdowns: Letters written stating that what you're doing is naughty, and has to change. If really serious, made to say 'sorry'.
EDIT - I see it's said that the OFT is going to 'publish a report'. The means that you have at least 5 years to clean up your act, Payday folks.
