I'm not an affiliate, but if you had a site where people get paid for an action, etc - it might not be a bad idea to have some ads for paypal on there w/ your aff link, and suggest that if they do not have a paypal account they should open one - it would make their payment easier, etc...
Where on the paypal site is their affiliate stuff? I can't find it..and my current employer will be needing a paypal account soon..already going to get them signed up for adwords..
