PayPal Upsell Script?

Can anyone vouch for any 1 click upsell scripts?

I guess I can always link the "buy button" to an OTO page... and have both offers listed there, "yes (upsell) package" and "no thanks - normal package".... But do you guys know of any slick upsell solutions? Preferably ones that increase conversions.

I'm considering a 1ShoppingCart merchant account since its only like $100/month and there are some upsell solutions for it, but hey, PayPal is free to start with right now, ya'-mean?
