Definitely. Now that the source engine is ported to OpenGl and is on mac. Valve will be raking in tons of money (with portal mostly), and I'm certain that some mods will be as well.

The one thing I like about the source engine and valve games is that they are usually really clean (the textures and environment)
 
I would prefer MAC then others due to security.

Mac is not an acronym...and linux is more secure than OS X...but really anyone that knows how to use a computer should be fine with any OS...with or without an anti virus / spyware..

Linux right out of the box isn't any more secure, but on the other hand most people who been using linux for a while know how to secure it. OSX can be secured in the same fashion (it is BSD/Unix after all)... just gota know what you're doing.

linux seems to lock more things down right of out the box(at least the few i've used, i don't really like it as a desktop OS), but since both are unix they're very similar in security...

"lock more things down" than what? one of the only hyper-secure OSes out there, out of the box, is openBSD
