Anybody else buy the ported version of Perfect Dark? If you did, post your tag and I'll let you see what it's like to get spammed by my Laptop gun
 


OMFG yes.

Goldeneye got the props but this was Rare's greatest game imo, I spent way too much of my summer unlocking all the cheats.

And the multiplayer variety, with all of the bots, was awesome at the time.

Will be getting this.
 
Siiiiick. This game was the shit back when there wasn't any online multiplayer. The bots were the next best thing.
 
Or I could just play it on my 64 :)

Totally recommend getting one off Ebay. Can also pick up some games and controllers fairly cheap.

I have Goldeneye, Perfect Dark, Mario Kart, NBA Hangtime, Cruisin USA among others.

Yeah, but the multiplayer over Xbox Live is fun.
 
did it bother anyone else how perfect dark was like golden eye except all the characters had the same stats and abilities (just different skins) unlike goldeneye where every character was unique with their strengths and weaknesses which IMO made it more fun?

Haha, did anyone else ever get it heated arguments over who got to play as that short fuck odd job? That dude was cheap as hell.

I was always Valentin though. I always swore because he was fat he could take more damage, lol.
 
hehe i loved it when people would play oddjob against me. I always played borris and oddjob was perfect headshot height for borris. It would always result in a massacre. Or even worse, if they were stupid enough to play as jaws.

We had a "No Oddjob" rule that was strictly enforced with penalty of game reset.
 
The online multiplayer is so laggy. Disappointing.

The single player is harder than i remember. On Special Agent, of course.
