For all new members, we are currently starting incredibly lengthly link building campaigns for the sites in our network to help ensure our PR even further and even increase our PR. We have been doing this periodically over the past year and a half, but we are now going onto stronger campaigns.
 
why don't you have a onetime price for a post on all of them(not just the homepage blast)? other networks offer a non-monthly price option which is much better

Question, if links are deindexed will it be replaced? Also will we get new links to t he network every month?

We have been considering opening up a service to where we make blog posts to the network to the inner pages. But I've been super busy with a new major product launch. So after that is finished then perhaps we can get that going for much smaller one time fees (although they won't be on the homepage).

Yes, de-indexed sites will be replaced, but in out 2 years of existence, we have yet to have a site de-indexed. For monthly purchasers this is a link rental for your website URL and keyword on the homepages of our high PR network. Your submission will be propagated within a 15 day period. So no, you won't get new links every month as we try to stay rather small with 52 sites. Of course for the one time payment purchases, the links will be permanent.
