Phone system to track virtual assistants performance?

So I'm at the point with one of my sites that I'm hiring a girl to follow up with leads for me. This is my first truly successful site and I need to make sure she's actually doing what she's getting paid to do (follow up calls and emails). I'm planning on monitoring her email performance by just checking server logs but I'm at a loss as to how I'm going to monitor her phone performance. Any ideas?

You should consider getting a virtual VoIP solution then you can record each channel and log the calls that way. Even skype has something like that on the business accounts.
