I need Advanced PHP programmer who can build an SMS script for sending SMS using API.

I need Mobile no. verification of user who wants to send a SMS through website.


I have website on dolphin scripts so that programmer should be able to implement in that also.

Yea... would be kind of problematic if he's like "signed up?", its not like they just let anyone use their API especially without registration.
