PHP coding & setting up multiple Rss feeds

Looking for help to set up multiple rss feeds from my site (a real estate site) into many other sites (such as Trulia etc). The problem is they can't all be put into one feed as other sites will then reject it if it recognizes other feeds.

Use something like rssrebound.com to make a new feed. Just put it in a subfolder off your main site.
