PHP programmer help needed

I do not need help immediately with this project. I would like on idea of what it would cost to set up a gift registry on a web site. I also want some drop downs on the main navigation. Can any one give me an idea of what this might cost? A range would be nice. If you need any specific details that would influence the cost, please pm me.
