PHP question in wordpress

I have a custom theme coded for my lander...and one of the links in the homepage.php files looks like this:

<a href="<?php echo $price_link; ?>">Visit Website Now!</a>/CODE]

I'm trying to get it to open to a new window, but I'm not sure where to place the target=_blank in this, or if that's where it's done...I'm not much of a code ninja : (
