PHPBB3 HTTP Error 502.2 - Bad Gateway

I set up phpbb3 for the sixth time on my sixth domain. The other five seem to be working fine. Now im zapped as to how to fix this HTTP Error 502.2 - Bad Gateway i keep on getting as soon as a new member registers at the forum. Any helpers? I really need to get this done.

Most Likely Causes

The CGI process was shut down or terminated unexpectedly before it finished processing the request.
The CGI process has a flaw and does not return a complete set of HTTP headers.

Now i assume this has something to do with the fact that fastCGI is acting stupid. What can I do? Can someone guide me step by step. Im not your professional webmaster.

Do you have a dedicated or hosted server, and is it IIS or apache?
