This is my (sad) attempt at trying to finally give back, and hopefully breathe some life back into WF.

This has been discussed in a couple of threads now, not exactly like what I plan on discussing, but damn close. Sorry to those original thread starters, but I can't find the threads right now...

I'm sure some of you remember the thread about bidding on the 'get rich at home' urls in the ads you see on tv ( 12getrichbitch.info etc.). Well this plays off of a very similar idea.

I'm sure some of you have seen the ads on TV for these incentive site such as TVFreeXbox.com or on the radio. They're essentially your run of the mill incentive sites, complete X offers, refer X people, get free shit.

I'm going to simply run over what I did for these 2 exact URLs.

1) Register a similar domain. Tv-Free-Xbox.com or something similar...
2) Throw up a simple site with a Zip/Email submit LP and whatever other pages you feel like throwing in their to up your QS.
3) Bid on their URL, name, and similar variations. tvfreexbox.com, tvfreexbox, 'tv free xbox', etc.
4) Optional: Go the organic route and try to rank for 'tv free xbox' and such, and get some free traffic.
5) Profit!

BTW, I made at least $25/day off this! Amazing i know... ;)
I feel like this could also be an excellent way to make some cash off the places that number the domains so they can tell which commercials convert.
For buyaTV.com for example, an example of this would be if they ran commercials promoting
buyaTV48.com
buyaTV49.com
etc for each channel the ad was shown on.

Ummm... isn't this something we discussed in the Super Premium area that SEO Mike first posted about?

Ah alright.. these two are the much watered down versions of what was posted and discussed in the premium business area. Continue with the show. ;)

I love that thread. And thanks for the new idea, I need to renew my keyword list anyways. Are there any ways to find out the names of these infomercials without watching a shit load of TV...
I've had trouble finding ideas without watchin TV. There are sites dedicated to commercials though, it may be a good place to start.
