go type your names into PIPL (I read about at GNU | Deep Inspection of Online Personas | GNUCITIZEN) - see what the web has on you.

Found me on the uk electoral role, people I have lived with - a load of accounts I didn't remember setting up! pretty much just a custom search engine but nice name!!

And just like google, it shows me that other than some German book writer/doctor and the former treasurer of germany, I'm the only other significant "Karl Blessing" on the web...

But ya, it looks like it sends the name to several places and popular social networking places and scrapes the search results.

I think I've been using google too long. Did a couple searches on there and all the highlighted results and colored text put me off. Especially when they say "sponsored links".
