I saw this on Reddit, and it got to me...
From the video description: "Due to improper service, yellow algae developed in my pool. I received an estimate to eradicate it via e-mail that was out of line with the prices for chemicals to eliminate the algae--$90.00. When I contacted the company with my concerns, including their failure to properly keep the levels in a place that would prevent algae from developing, I received an extremely unprofessional e-mail reply. After back and forth went nowhere, I requested a final billing statement and informed the company that I would be sharing my opinion of the level of service in an internet review.
The following day, I received this profanity-laced voice mail from Jeff Miller, owner of Back 2 Blue Pool Service.
Now everybody has bad days now and again, but needless to say, I am not impressed with Mr. Miller's professionalism. A Google search for "back2blue 4802388679" indicates that this is a valid number for that company. Oh and by the way, I had my water tested at a local pool store, spent exactly $42.60 on supplies, and my water is . . . back to blue."
Just another iffy situation between a service business and a customer, nothing big, and fuck, even the price isn't THAT bad (although they did supposedly fuck it up in the first place), so I'm not a bleeding heart for this guy, but the owner really showed his colors with this...

I love the part where he gets pissed off about someone posting a bad review on the Internet.
I feel like his customers should easily find this video when they search for Back2Blue pool service

EDIT: Just found out this dude operates in my town! What are the odds! haha
I think I'm gonna push a pool site into his Google spot and sell it to a competitor.
