I Cant Pay You...It Says recipient in India is not available for payment at this time.

Is there any Problem. have you met or heard. Please Advice.

Shouldn't you be requesting upfront payments, considering your iTrader?

If there is no problem with payments to india and other people are sending you payments: I would consider the possibility you're being ripped off.

i think your client is sending personal payment, personal payments are not allowed in india..

Tell your client to create a British/Canadian PayPal and then transfer the fund from his/her Indian PayPal to that British?Canadian PayPal and then pay you from there. I do it that way

If you transfer between paypal accounts you will still get charged a transaction fee!

I am not from Indina but as far as I know, there is still a restriction regarding Indian Paypal.

As long as it's put in as a personal transaction and not funded with a credit card... it's free to transfer.

Paypal puts some restrictions on Indian users because they just want to avoid regulations ...

Because if PayPal keeps the money with them, they have to be regulated as a bank (and any institution that does it have to do the same) and PayPal does not want that to happen. Any entity which provides on-demand payments have to be regulated as a bank as per RBI rules, this is mandated because if they hold money for more than 7 days they have to provide users with interest. With this new change PayPal is basically circumnavigating this regulation so that they don’t have to answer questions to any government about how they conduct business and why they charge an exorbitant amount to customers to accept payments whilst continuing to not giving users interest like every other bank in India does.
