Poor Traffic after 3 Months?

I started my site www.hookahreviews.net about 3 months ago. Since I started my traffic has risen slightly, but I am only averaging about 50-75 unique visitors a day.

I have tried different marketing techniques, and other various methods to increase traffic with some success, but nothing to really be proud of.

For a site that is only 3 months old, do you think my traffic is normal?
 


Please outline in detail what you did to research this niche before you started and what your goal is for the site. Also outline precisely what marketing methods you are using , what are you testing, what is working and what has failed so far.
 
Your site is around "Hookah Reviews" which only gets 110 exact searches a month worldwide.. so getting 50-75 is pretty damn good resulting from your other articles.

I believe he is from Bodybuilding.com/Misc actually :D

If you want more traffic you need to target more keywords. You are already on top for your main keyword, target others and work on getting on top for them as well.

I am ranked #4 for my main keyword right now, do you show differently?

Ahh, haven't been on that in a while....

Just seen so many Indians who can't speak English who've just transferred from DP today, I was getting pissed off :p
 
why don't you target "hookah" as your main keyword, and keep writing reviews and interlink to your homepage for the "hookah" keyword...then build good links to the main page

I just checked google, I am #1 now, that's a nice surprise! I was #4 a few days ago.

I am going to try and target hookah and shisha as my main keywords now.
 
My account was banned for some reason.

About 40% of my traffic comes from search engines via 800 various keywords.
