I've been seeing lots of these little "post-it" things (like the green one at http://magazine.websiteservices.com/forums/) around lately, and I was curious - anyone know of a free script that will do this? Have you had good or bad experiences using this type of visual cue on your sites to entice visitors to sign up for your mailing list?

Nah but I have the link to the one site that sells the script for just that one ( with many other looks etc).
