#1: Why are some number 1 and 2 ad positions located on the top left, and sometimes there are none there and they are located on the right?

#2a: How do you find geo-targeted ads if you aren't in the geo-targeted area?

#2b: Can you do it with keyword elite or some other software somehow so it isn't slow manual work for each keyword?

its a session variable or something. first time you search for a keyword, they show. after that they dont until your next session.

To my knowledge, finding geo-targeted ads outside of your area is only possibly through a proxy. If it's US, Aus, UK or Canadian locations you want to search within use WorldProxy202 - Proxies from around the world at your fingertips.

Unless it's ppc ads on social media (facebook, myspace), and then you can just change your demographics on your profile page, to see relevant ads.

.... A year and a half ago back when it was new and funny and not every noob trying to make a name for themselves on the forum was doing it..

Now it's old and annoying to have to check every link you click on a forum where I come to read about the industry.

I wonder how much cooler it would make you in the eyes of the kids on this forum to laugh when someone actually gets fired because they got dickrolled at work. They'd really look up to you then....
