Does anyone have recommendations for reliable/legitimate search feed providers these days, preferably using Yahoo/MSN feeds? I'm looking for a provider that can handle traffic from parked domains, traffic to a feed page from search/directory traffic, and content sites.

I'm currently using AdSense for parking, but at least one domain I just put in seems to be blacklisted in the system. I'm also looking to try some arbitrage campaigns again (yeah, I know this isn't 3-5 years ago, but I actually have good traffic that can be better monetized with feeds than CPA offers due to the niche/local nature of the traffic).

I know that Epicenter/DM-2 can provide Yahoo (or now MSN) feeds - Anyone have reviews on their feed operations? Any other suggestions would be appreciated too - The other options I've seen in live arbitrage examples either explicitly disallow any search feeds directly displayed from arbitrage type traffic (and seem to be heavy handed while enforcing that rule) or have direct relationships with Yahoo for the feeds.

AKA the traffic that doesn't convert?

Lets just call it what it is... No excuses. I won't tell anyone.

No, traffic that offers don't exist for. Can't say I've found a lead gen offer for local allergists, car detailing, or similar random local niches, but there's definitely local SEM ads in the many cities that I can get traffic from (either direct, through Yext, or any of the YellowPage online SEM offerings to their advertisers). Frankly, with the breadth that I'm going after, I have no time to explore local lead gen partnerships or try to shop leads around myself unless something tends to have tons of volume. There are a number of services that I've found affiliate offers to monetize (mainly offers from the big lead aggregators), but I'm left with a lot of random stuff that offers don't exist for.

Really, it's a local play more than anything, so if any of the local directories have some sort of feed program, that would be great, as well.
