I can't post links but do a search for "Google keyword metrics tool" in google and the domain is technobloggie. There you can get the estimates and other goodies

you can use the adwords keyword tool -(just for a quick estimate) you have to play about with it a bit-changing the max bid price for a given keyword or phrase.
