PPC....what's the best niche to start?

Hey guys,

I want to start a ppc campaign. I think I wasted to much time and i need to get going. What's the best campaign I should start with...what's easier(ringtones, email submits, rebills)? Where do you guys believe i should start buying traffic from? Facebook Adwords? I'm ready to lose 1k$ learning. Hopefully, it wont go to that.

Just one ? you have to change your mindset.

Niche research and keyword tracking are alot of work, no one is going to give that away because you ask nicely.

Put your time in and reasearch then test,test and more testing. You have been around since 2007 you should now better..

jason...i'm not really trying to find what niche to use. Maybe i expressed myself badly. I was asking what traffic would be best to start with (source of traffic - Facebook, Adwords).I wanted to make sure i dont get busted on my first attemt. If this is to much to ask too, i'm sorry i opened this thread.

I guess i'll find out myself.

I see, then start with yahoo and stick with it. Too many people bounce around before a campaign is profitable.

The best thing you can do is ask your affiliate manager which offers are hot. This will give you an idea of what to run without busting the bank trying to find one. It should give you some insight into an offer that you know will convert. It will then be up to you to try and sell it.

As far as traffic sources are concerned, just use common sense. Search traffic may be a little more easier for you to monetize than social depending on what you're pushing. Grab a couple of vouchers and start throwing traffic at the offers that are suggested by your AM or ones that you think would do good. Just remember to do your demographics research. IF you don't find out who your audience is you're going to fail hard and fast.
 
Partner with a watermelon farmer to sell leads, and then target ads to the south, sneaker magazines and Ebony magazine. Profit.

listen to jason... pick a high converter and then pick a single traffic source and you will most likely fail in the beginning so just stick with it, it will click. You just need to test, track, and analyze till your eyes are ready to bleed and then some more. The most important part though is that you dont bounce around between 5 diff traffic sources because one didnt click in the first couple campaigns you ran. Just stick with one and like i said it will click for you if you keep workin it. GL
