PPV network that has day parting?

I'm still using DirectCPV and it sucks my balls. Their site is slow as shit. I think they might be using a hatchling plan.

Either way, even if their service was awesome and blazin fast they still don't offer day parting. So i have no automated control of when my ads will be displayed.

I'm looking for a list of PPV networks that have this from user experience. Traffic Vance apparently does. Any others?

Whos easier to work with Lead Impact or Media Traffic?

I'm looking for fast reporting, fast approval times, and accurate budgeting. Meaning if i want to spend $105, I spend as close to that as possible per day.

Also a good UI is a positive, and also both need to have RON, i know media traffic has it, not sure about leadimpact tho, dont see why not

I can't see how you'd go over your daily budget if you set a cap on your campaign
obviously depending on your kw/urls, you might not sped the full $105/day
