One of the best solutions is to have your own private network of high PR domains. I'm selling now few of my private high PR domains (after this stock will run out, I'll consider if to offer another round).

PR4 - 8 domains for sale, 100$/each. 650$ for all
PR3 - 13 domains for sale, 50$/each. 500$ for all
PR2 - 4 domains for sale, 25$/each. 75$ for all
PR1 - 9 domains for sale, 15$/each. 100$ for all
Process:
Let me know how many domains from each PR you want, I'll send you a list to check from. Do all necessary checks you need (but, don't worry, PR is always real, most of the domains have a simple WP site on them and are alive).
Send paypal payment after choosing the domains and they will be pushed to your Godaddy/Dynadot account (most are on dynadot so if you don't have an account there you need to open one - I recommend it anyway since its a very cheap registrar and easy to use).
After the domains are pushed to your account, there is no refund or support. This is a very simple straight going deal, for these low prices I can't help with any technical issues, so if you are not familiar with domain registration, you don't understand what is a "domain push", etc, you'll need to Google it
