PR5 Domain question

Hey guys,

I just registered an expired domain with a Pagerank of 5.
The domain do not have any keyword, most likely person's name.

I am thinking of building a content site on it and sell some text links on Text link ads. My question is which type of sites should I choose to maximize the earnings?
Should it be gambling site? Finance? Pets....SEO ?

If the site was expired, I'm pretty sure you're gonna lose that PR.
