Speed: 5/5 The link was live within 48hrs.
Communication: 5/5 Easy to communicate with. I asked a few questions and clarified a few things and all the responses were very quick. No complaints.
Price: 4/5: Price seems fair to me. I gave a 4 because the site is still developing so I think as it develops more then the price will be just right.
Quality: 4.5/5: Content was pretty good in my opinion. Good English and no grammar/spelling mistakes and the article was relatively engaging. the keyword was used 3 or 4 times in the article but all in natural places. The citation link was at the end with other authority sites so everything looks natural. I can confirm that there is a Yahoo directory link as mentioned in the sales text and also edu links.
Overall: 4/5: This is a good link to add to your portfolio. It is a little different to your standard blog offering and I think this will stand to it in time. My feeling is that as the site develops more the links will become even more powerful. I hope the OP maintains only quality content on the site and then it should be excellent in the future.

I own the domain for a few months now (but it's 10 year+ old). It contains over 20 pages of quality content (over 14,000 words). Also, around 16 pages became PR 4 during the last PR update.
Currently ranked on page #2 for a very very competitive keyword. It's very powerful and recommended, trust me.
