Smells like bullshit to me, unless you can prove me (and others) otherwise.

Would you be able to send me the URL? I can thoroughly check if its legit (I dont use those silly fake PR checkers)

I bet this is one of those domains which you did the standard old little technique on to get its PR up. There is NO way this is a PR 9 link.

Il let Zingo know and hopefully he can verify for us because this sounds too good to be true..

I mean, you don't need to verify with anyone. The NYT is a PR9. The New York Times - Breaking News, World News & Multimedia. There is no chance a tech blog with 31 links has a PR9, unless it has a link from like 7 or 8 other PR9s. And I don't mean a link on an article on a site with a PR9. I mean he has to have like 7 or 8 other links on the homepage of like 7 or 8 pr9s. It's just an impossibility. This is a spoofed pr if it's real.

This is almost a mathematical impossibility. PR distribution like this requires that his backlinks are getting juiced from other sites that have no other links on the page he's got a link on. It's an obvious pagerank scam, and I hate scammers.

I don't have any doubt that the page you send on will indicate that it is a PR9. What I'm saying is that that is not a real indication of what this blog is. It's a mathematical impossibility. Are all of your links from the homepage of Google? Or are they NYT homepage links? It's just not a reality. And if you just bought the domain, and you actually belive you own a pr 9, you don't know how to do simple math.
 
Not claiming the PR is legit (haven't seen the site or know the OP) but when doing "simple math" you should understand the numbers you're dealing with. You're confusing the term external with inbound.

I'd be more than happy to verify everything once I can possibly see the URL. It just sounds impossible that its a PR 9 especially with how you worded certain aspects of your sales thread.
 
I think you guys are jumping the gun. Have you seen his other threads? Pretty sure way back when, I asked to see a URL and it was legit. I could be mistaken, but idk who the fuck would pay $1k/mo for a link on a shit site, ya know?

I know of a domain that is tech related, PR9, 193k alexa, 1700 pages indexed...

There a number of PR9 domains which have authority, but are not popular.
