I'm just looking for a quick premade contract to give someone who will be doing long-term fixed price work for me. Been searching around and I can't find anything that seems to apply. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Unless this is a small contract I would consult with a lawyer for a couple hundred bucks because in the end it could save you big as many premade contracts don't work in certain states or certain business deals.
