Someone emailed me an inquiry and what I made out to be an offer for $800
This is an update and a question...
Since the offer is above $500, should I force them to bid on TDNAM, or handle it independently? I'm pretty sure TDNAM does escrow for anything over $500.

Its pretty crazy I reg this like two days ago for like <$15 and already have an offer for $800. Forming up to be my first successful "flip"
